POLICIES
Deposits
To secure your appointment a non-refundable deposit is required to book full sets. It goes completely toward your full set price and can be used to reschedule up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time if needed.
Late Arrivals
In order to respect the time of our clients and staff, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be imposed with a $30 fee and clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will forfeit both their deposit and their original appointment to be rescheduled.
Cancellations
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
For same day bookings please notify us at least 3 hours prior.
No call No show
We ask that you respect our time as we respect yours. Not showing up to your appointment without any communication automatically forfeits any deposits and clients must pay service in full to schedule any appointments in the future.
Texting/phone use
We understand it is important to stay in communication but for the safety of your eyes we ask that you silence your phones or put them on “do not disturb” mode for the duration of your appointment.
Fill policy
For your convenience we operate on a 40% or more fill policy. It does not matter how many weeks out you are as long as you come back with at least 40% we will honor fill pricing, Anything less than 40% will be considered and charged as a full set.
Guests
Please do not bring additional guests to your appointment without asking ahead of time.
Minors
Clients under the age of 18 must have parents present to sign a consent form before any service is performed.
Health History
For your comfort and safety, please notify our specialists if you have any allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert your service provider immediately.
Service Guarantee & Refunds
HCA is committed to your satisfaction and that is our highest priority however there are no refunds issued after the service has been completed. If you are not completely satisfied please notify us during your treatment or within 48 hours for a free consultation that will be scheduled within the same week and we will do our best to make any corrections needed.
Right to refuse service
HCA reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
HCA is a safe environment and holds a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for any discriminatory comments or behavior.
