Are extensions safe?
Will I lose my natural lashes?
When applied by a properly trained and licensed professional eyelash extensions are VERY safe.
It is a common misconception that natural lashes fall as a result of extensions. Naturally we shed lashes the exact same way that we shed the hair on our head, however, the natural shedding is not regularly recognized until there is a big extension attached to it.
How long do they last?
Eyelash extensions are semi-permanent. They can last anywhere from 2-8 weeks depending on your natural lash cycle and your aftercare.
How often do I need a fill?
Although they can last a long time a fill is recommended every 2-3 weeks to maintain the health of the naturals. During the fill we place new extensions on any bare lashes and remove and replace any grown out lashes that could be causing the set to look messy and weighing down the naturals causing premature shedding.
What if my lashes last longer than the average “2-3 week fill window”?
For your convenience we operate on a 40% or more fill policy. Every client is different some clients can go up to 8 weeks without really needing a fill, although it is not recommended to go that long; It does not matter how many weeks out you are as long as you come back with at least 40% we will honor fill pricing. Anything less than 40% will be considered and charged as a full set.
How long does it take?
The process can take anywhere from 1.5-4hours depending on the set, the naturals, and the desired look. Please be advised that this is standard industry timing for proper full coverage as we are isolating and adhering extensions to each individual natural lash.
